My laptop keep on rebooting by itself after stopping at the above line. I did not insteall any new bluetooth device or driver recently. I have tried the safe mode and also the last configuration mode. I also went into BIOS setup to disable the bluetooth, it still won't work. Would appreciate if someone can help me.

Do you have the installation disc? Try to boot from it and enter R key to repair. I am not sure but there supposes to be Restore option to an earlier date.
Hope this makes sense
