I am not able to load windows xp
my laptop keep shuting down itself. When I try to boot from CD, it will load it, but when it's says "windows starting", it will shut down. I can't go on safe mode, it keeps going on the begining. laptop (compaq presario V5000) wont load windows xp. When I try to reinstal from CD, it shuts down by itself. I CAN'T boot up from cd, hard drive or from nowhere....can't go in safe mode with networkingnor with comand prompt, can't do "last good configuration" ...
troubleshooting : whichever I start, it will go to "windows xp" logo and youcan "see" that he is trying to load , but then laptop shuts down by itself.I tried hard reset, disconecting hard drive on the back of laptop and reconecting it again, but it's still the same.... I took the whole thing in to 100's pieces, cleaned everything, put it back together...and it's STILL the same... When I "disable automatic restart...' I get on blue screen this:
