msregld32.exe and dlldate.exe take 100% CPU

Hi,

A couple minutes after I connected to internet,
msredld32.exe, dlldate.exe, net, net1, cmd keep coming up
every 10 seconds. They soon take 100% CPU. I can't do
anything. I have to keep stopping those processes from
task manager.

After I disconnected from internet, they stop coming.

Are those 2 files are MS system files ? Can I delete them
from winnt\system32 ?

Any security alerts on this issue ?

I don't find either msredld32 or dlldate on my system,
but I don't have dial up networking installed.
Use the search facilty to find them, right click
select properties and see if you can get some onfo..

You should never, ever delete files from the windows
folder unless you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing.
