MSoutlook03. Cannot create a recurrable task (greyed out)

I recently switched to MS Office 2003 with Outlook. Since then, I cannot
create a 'Recurring' task. The button is perpetually 'greyed out'. Any
hints?

What type of email account do you have? Have you tried detect and repair?

Thanks for the reply. I have 3 pop3 email accounts - all work correctly.
Detect and repair didn't find anything wrong.

I solved the lost ability to set recurring files.
I reenabled Business Contacts Manager (previously disabled) and now theyre
back. I don't particularly
want the Business Contact Manager (seems to slow computer), but I'd rather
have 'recurring tasks'
capability.
