msoffice.exe error message- Help

Whenever I start my Windows 2000 machine I get an error
message stating- "msoffice.exe has generated errors and
will be closed down by Windows you need to restart the
program. An error log is being created".
When I click on OK tab (just under the error message)the
message goes off and everything works fine without
restarting the machine.
The error message on each bootup is annoying!!! Can anyone
help?

Repair (Office 2000 and above) or reinstall.
