I tried the link that Oliver Vokovics gave to Miguel since I also have the
error message but it said that it was no longer available. Any clues what to
do next? I've tried everywhere I can to find a download to fix this but have
come up with dead ends. Thanks

I want to download msncon.dll
to fix my windows microsoft outlook 2007

Open Windows Explorer. If using Windows XP, then in the Address field,
enter

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

If using Windows Vista or 7, enter

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

Press Enter. You should then see a file named "extend.dat". Delete that
file and start Outlook. The problem should be gone.
