msncon.dll file is missing

this file is missing on my computer and the dics is nothing but zip folder
and no file was found on micosoft support area it is for outlook 2003 can
some get it for me and send it to me

Have you tried installing/reinstalling the MSN Connector for Outlook? I
think that file is part of it

I have tried to unistall anr reinstall 2 times and i also have tried the fix
and repair and that still didn't work so i'm goig to try rmoveing it again
then before i reinstall i'm going to make the folder is gone then reboot then
reinstall and see if this fixes the problem.
Unless there is another way i can fix the problem?
