I've had outlook for some time now and for some reason it keeps corrupting
the email accounts and the rules which apply. The latest is the following
error message [no error number is given] it says when i click on my msn
mailbox - (e-mail address removed) "MPAI was unable to load the information service
msncon.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. When
I go to tools email accounts and try to edit the msn.com[default] email and
click on change, I get a new message that says " the email account cannot be
configured. Please run Outlook and choose this profile before attempting to
make changes to it.
Questions: 1] how do I fix the MAPI to msncon.dll,? 2] how do you "run"
outlook and choose a specific profile?, note that msn is not my primary isp
and is 1 of 3 servers added under e-mail accounts to Outlook 2003. Any help
would be appreciated as msn does not offer any kb info on these problems.
