msn

i have windows xp sp2. can msn be safely removed from my system? it does not
appear in add/remove programs so if it can be removed how do i remove it?
 
Start | Run.

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
