MSN search hacked?

When I use MSN search, my connection is slowed by a server
attempting to access my PC. It will hit /ping constantly
during and after I use MSN Search.
I ran Adaware & HijackThis, but they can't fix this.

In the 'Inbound Events" in McAfee Firewall, I can view and
trace these events.

This is the info:
MSN.COM.TW
MSN.COM.SUCKS.FIND.CRACKZ.WITH.SEARCH.GULLI.COM
MSN.COM

This site is obviously not a Microsoft site.
It is a german site GULLI.COM.

Any help in getting this site to stop trying to access my
PC would be appreciated.
