msn messenger

dear Jonathan

all the time i try to sign in on to my msn messenger6.2
it wont let me it comes with a message saying my password
is not regonised so i need to reset it (error0x81000303).
but when i try to reset it it dont work and i am getting
pretty fustrated.

please help
