What does the error means? I'm getting it after failing to sign in the MSN
messenger. I tried to reset my password hoping to rectify the problem but to
no avail. Please help me solve the problem. I can't sign-in the messenger.

This means the server could not obtain your contact list. This is a server based error and
there is nothing you can do to "solve" the problem except try again later.
