MSN messenger not working on my Windows XP

Hey Guys,
I'm trying to get my MSN working but it won't happen. I deleted it and
reinstalled it, but now it just won't open and I get a message that says that
the "msidcrl40.dll" component is missing. What is this and how can I fix it?!
