Help! Can't Install MSN Messenger

I tried to install the new MSN Messenger 7.0 and it wouldn't finish
installing. I keep getting this error message:-

"Product: MSN Messenger 7.0 -- Error 1935. An error occurred during the
installation of assembly 'Microsoft.Windows.Networking.
RtcDll,type="win32",version="5 .2.3.3",publicKeyToken="6595b6
4144ccf1df",processorArchitect ure="x86"'. Please refer to Help and Support

I get the same error message when I try to reinstall MSN Messenger 6.2.
Please help

Temporarily turn off spyware blocking or any other security tools you're
running, then retry the install.
