First, STOP yelling. All caps are considered rude, and are difficult to
read.

Next, Windows Messenger is starting with outlook. The only way to stop this
is to go to Control Panel / add remove programs / add remove Windows
components, and uncheck "Windows Messenger.

You then have to go to your "Program files" folder, and delete the folder
called "Windows Messenger".

After doing so, starting Outlook Express will not sign you out of MSN
Messenger. However, MSN Messenger wont be available for free forever. Better
to uninstall both Windows Messenger, and MSN Messenger and download Yahoo or
some other instant messaging program.

Then you increase the size of the text, you don't use all caps.

Since you refuse to follow simple newsgroup etiquette, you will get no
further assistance from many here, as well as myself.
