MSN MEssager

hello can any one help me get with a problem i have in Msn MEssager...
everytime i try to use voice or video conversations in the programm, i'm
never able. I do have a router Linksys BEFW11S4 Version 2. I tried calling
them but they have no solutions. They told me to open ports 6901 and
6891-6900 but this doesnt help. Does any one have any answers!? thanks
