extremely slow file transfer using msn messenger

Hi Johnathan

I have been experiencing extremely slow file transfer
using Msn Messenger, ever since i added a wirless router
to my network. I forwarded the ports in my router, these
ports are 6891 to 6900 and 6901.. all TCP..

but still.. my transfers get upto maybe a max of 2 kb/s
is there a way i can fix this?
i called my router tech support and they said its a
problem with msn messenger itself since all other
downloads are at normal speeds using the same router...

please help

I Also Find Very Slow Speeds With My Messenger As Well. I
Have A Normal Wire Router. I Believe It's The FireWall
(Router)
