MSN Loads Up All By Itself

Anytime we start my wife's notebook, MSN loads during boot up. It covers 3/4
of her desktop and shows todays date, etc. If we are not connected to the
internet, we get the Not connected screen. How do I turn this damn thing
off?

Next time it opens, you may hve to sign click on options> general at the top
of that page you untick the box dont load on windows start up. as for the
size hold mouse and click in corner at bottom of page bring it to size you
want then maximize it then close page and open again and it should remain the
size you made it let me know how you go.
