MSN & Google Redirected to HTTP://38.117.144.51

HELP!! A site has modified IE to re-direct Google.com and
MSN.Com to a site called "Find It Now" @
Http://38.117.144.51. Where do I find the code that is
redirecting IE to this site instead of the intended site?
How do I get rid of the parasite?
