MSN Explorer is now a "premium service" you'll have
to subscribe to.

Actuall that isnt strictly true, you can download MSN Explorer as a free
service still, not all of it is premium, I know this as I have just done
exactly that.

Kittcha, wouldn't MSN Explorer be on your xp disc? You might check that out.
A friend of mine is having a similar problem getting an error message when
she tried to send an e-mail in MSN. I was going to have her uninstall and
reinstall MSN Premium. Maybe that would not work.

MSN Explorer comes as a result of signing up for an MSN Internet
account.

The default Windows version is Internet Explorer with no labeling.

All that is on the XP disk is a link for signing up for MSN. MSN9 Explorer
is installed along with the rest of the MSN software when you subscribe. It
is built on IE.

Thanks Nonny. Much appreciated. I guess I did not pay enough attention to the
date of this. It was to late after I noticed it. I was thinking that MSN
Explorer came with windows XP. I have a friend who is having trouble with her
MSN Premium and I was wondering whether or not we could delete it from the
windows components and then reinstall again with a download. The version of
the MSN Premium is 9.5. The way I understand it is that the address book, the
setting and the inbox are stored on the server so she should not loose that
information. Do you think that would work. This is all new to me so I can use
all the information that I can get. Thanks
