MSN Explorer error

I removed MSN Explorer and Outlook6 with the Run,appwiz.cpl.Now MSN Explorer
doesn't work.How do I re-install MSN Explorer?

I removed MSN Explorer

I have to ask why you would expect it to work after you removed it?

Add it back again with appwiz.cpl (Add or Remove Programs)
