MSN.EXE

Hi fellas!

I was wondering if anybody knew what the msn.exe file is?
I don't want to click on it, but it's locating in my msdtc
folder. I noticed in properties, it was dated on June
8th, 2004. I did some searching and don't see it listed
anywhere within the Microsoft KB that it's a Microsoft or
Microsoft Network file. Anybody know where this file came
from? Or what it is?
