MSN Connector and ActiveSync

I have installed MSN Outlook Connector via my subscription to MSN
Premium.

I love being able to sync my calendar and contacts etc. with MSN so
much I would like to use that exclusively in Outlook. Right now I have
two sets of contacts and two calendars. One from MSN and one local. If
there any way to just use the MSN stuff without the local stuff. Is
that recommended? If I can, is it still possible to back it up locally?

This might also be related. Right now, when I try to sync my iPAQ, it
will only sync the local contacts and calender items. How might I get
it to sync the MSN stuff? Will I be able to sync the MSN stuff if I end
up being able to remove the local stuff? Is there anyway to maybe sync
both if I can't remove the local stuff?
