MSN CHAT

Whenever I enter chat room, the text I type takes a few
seconds to get to my csreen, it appears as soon as I hit
enter, to someone who is looking at screen, by MY
computer takes maybe 10 or 15 seconds? Can this be
fixed? It onlu happens in Windows, NOT in Yahoo, or
ICQ!

Sounds a bit weird. Closest thing i could reproduce is no more than 5
seconds. I did it by writing a program that continuously writes gibberish to
file.
It sounds like an extreme case low system resources, and since it doesn't
happen in ICQ/Yahoo...
I'm not sure.
