MSMSG allowed to reregister at startup?

I am running MSAS. I used the system agents to block
starting MSMSG at startup. I went into msconfig to block
it from starting up. On reboot, it was back. The pop up
window keeps asking me if I want to make the change to
start MSMSG. I keep clicking NO. I get the MSAS window
telling me that it is allowing MSMSG to start at startup!
Any way to make this thing quit trying to reregister
MSMSG in my startups????
