MSKSrvr.exe continues to run and run and run after opening Outlook

Some times, not all times, when I send/receive Outlook the program
MSKSrvr.exe opens and the continues to run, with out stopping. It takes 95%+
of my CPU. I have let it run for over 30 minutes. All my emails post and
arrive and it still runs.
I can go into task mngr and stop the process and all seems well.
Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to make this stop?
thanks!

That is not a part of Outlook. Check on google.com for the program that
uses that process.
