msinfo32 problem...

when clicking "start" "run" "msinfo32" - I get the System Information "box"
but it is completely blank (white). No info is displayed, and no errors are
given as to why no info is displayed or that msinfo32 is not working. I can
right click on the border and go to "home" which then displays Help and
Support Center, and it appears to work fine...attempting to access system
information from there yields the same issue as above. Any help is greatly
appreciated!
