MSI installation

I wanted to install Office XP without the assistent on 30
computers. So I took the veritas software of the W2K CD
and tried to create a MSI. But I could hardly create a
MSI and my next problem was that I could not install the
MSI witch I have created. SO, does anybody now a
solution for my problem??
