Windows XP MSHome. Export Settings?

Recently re-installed XP on my PC but no longer have the settings for my MSHOME workgroup.

Is it possible to export these settings from a PC already on the Network to my PC?

What sort of settings do you mean? You should be able to run the Windows XP home networking wizard and reconnect to the MSHOME network :)
