Msgs being deleted from Exchange server

I get mail using OWA, my iPhone and outlook 2007.
If I check my mail with either the iPhone or OWA the message will
remain on the server. But, as soon as Outlook 2007 downloads the
message
(read or not) it seems to get deleted from the server.

I have compared my settins with a co-worker's and they appear to be
the same. He does not have the same issue.

The default behavior of POP is to RETR (retrieve) and DELE (delete). If
you don't want Outlook to delete the e-mail after retrieving it then
configure Outlook to "leave messages on server". It is an advanced
option in the e-mail account(s) that you define within Outlook.
