msgina.dll failed to load

hello,i am using Windows XP home and i keep getting this
message.

The Logon User Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load.
Contact your system admin to replace the DLL, or restore
the original DLL.

and the only option available is RESTART.

Someone plz help.

Amirin,

You may need to boot into Recovery Console and extract a new copy of msgina.dll
