msdtc memory use

Hello,
How much memory is considered normal for this app? I have an older P3
running XP home and in task manager this app uses over 50,000K of memory.
When I check my newer P4 running XP pro it only uses 6,000K tops. The P3
runs very slow and I think this may be why.
I have done all the other "slow" machine hints that are throughout this
forum and trying to minimize memory in Task manager is one of the last ones.

why not just kill the
process and then make
a determination if it was
the problem or not?
