MSDSS Migrates User Accounts as Disabled

I just did a one-time migration of about 150 users and
about half of them show up as disabled in AD. Some of
these accounts are disabled in NDS but others are not. I
can't seem to find any reason why this would be. Any
thoughts? Thanks.

If you look in the log you should see a warning for every
account that shows as disabled. It is disabled because
Windows couldn't assign a password to it, and it could not
assign a blank password for security reasons, so it set it
as disabled.
