MSDSS File Migration utility

Trying to run file migration utility to transfer 10Gb
approx of files from Netware 4.11 to Windows 2003 member
server. Migration does not run to completion and log shows
insufficient system resources. Last few lines of log are
as follows:
2183 - *** Error: Unknown error while copying source
file '\\FS_PGO6\DATA\USERS\PBACON\EDS\brandon.doc' to
target volume '\\CRMEMB1\Users\PBACON\EDS' - # 0x000005AA
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the
requested service.
2184 - *** Error: Unable to move current directory up
one level in target volume, scanner in indeterminate
state, aborting from sub folder 'EDS - # 0x00000001
Incorrect function.
2185 - *** Error: Maximum number of errors 0 reached
2186 - *** Error: Migration terminated.

The only problem I've had in this regard was due to corrupt files on the
NW box, and NIC's not setup correctly causing too many errors (nic set
to 100 Mb full, switch set to 10Mb full).
