mscoree.dll

Newly installed Norton System Works says that
DotNetInstaller.exe lacks the file mscoree.dll.

Where do I find a copy of this file, how do I install it,
is it worth bothering fixing it?

Another way of putting the question is what would happen
if I simply uninstall DotNetInstaller?
