msconfig ?

Hello, WindowsXP Home SP2, single user, non-network, 56k modem.
msconfig opens as selective startup.
All items in start up are checked, why does it open as selective startup?

Because that it the option checked on the general tab. Just change it to
normal.

Just change the radio button to normal start up.Click OK,Reboot.
