MSCONFIG

Someone tell me please how to clear an item out of the
startup on msconfig. The items show as
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
I can not find these items they are not under HKLM,HKCU,
and can't seem to find them in any of the others.
After having some spyware and malware on a computer, I
ran adaware and spybot and removed them, but the startup
item remained in msconfig. Also sometimes when a piece of
software is uninstalled it leaves behing the startup item.
Where do I find these??

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg]
