msconfig?

I've got a relative that has windows 2000 on his computer. It's loading up
everything under the sun. I tried to look at his start up and couldn't get
msconfig to come up. What do I need to do to look at it?

You're assuming that msconfig is available under Win2000, because
you're used to it from Win98 or WinXP. It isn't! However, you
