MSAS -- do I still need SPyware Guard?

It seems like they are redundant, and that I could dispense with SG.

???
 
I agree with you, SpywareGuard's protection is outdated
and not much use these days, even less so now with MSAS
installed, I've had Spyware Guard installed for along
time and I really cannot remember the last warning I got
from it, Id even forgot I had it installed untill I saw
this post :) With the last definition update for
SpywareGuard being 01/22/04 Id fully agree its now
redundant,

SpywareBlaster is still very usefull and worth keeping.
Ive just removed SG using Add/Remove but it leaves the
folder in programfiles in place and that was giving
errors when I tried to delete it saying dlprotect.dll was
in use, I just used Killbox and chose to delete the
directory on next reboot so that should take care of it
easy enough.
