MSAccess Workgroup Administator

I want to be able to run the MSAccess Workgroup Administator without logging
onto my machine as an administrator. There are some folders being used for
the MSAccess Workgroup Administator that I need rights to and I can't figure
out which ones they are. When I am logged onto my machine as a regular user
and I try to run the MSAccess Workgroup Administator, I get an "Access
Denied" message. To which folder on my machine am I being denied access ???

Thanks!

In Access 2000 the workgroup administrator is run via Start,
Run...wrkgadm.exe

If you do a search on your computer for that file you'll find the location
where it exists. Something like
c:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033

I forget which registry keys the workgroup administrator updates, but
you might find that non-administrative windows users do not have access
to those keys. Try it & see. If it fails with registry access errors,
you may need to set appropriate (wider) permissions on the key(s) in
question.

To find the key in question, search the registry for references to the
pathfilename of the current default workgroup file.
