MS XP Professional Outlook

How do I copy selected data ( eg. name, company, address,
phone number) from a selected number of categories within
my Outlook contact list. I do not want to copy all names
etc from my contact list, just those from a couple of
categories. (am trying to forward this to a client.
Categories are not Distribution lists!

you can copy wat you want to your word files just
highlite the files you want to copy if you need to skip a
contact and highlite another just press controll and
highlite continue until done then right click select
copy. open word or works and create a new page in the
file at the top put pointer over blank page and right
click select copy and you should have all the contacts
there. it is simple once you get the hang of it.
