I was told to use MS word for labels and envelopes. Do
not see Word on the Start menu under programs. What do I

Your computer probably does not have it. Go back to the person (which I
assume is at your place of work) who told you to use and and ask them
the procedure to obtain or procure it. At worst, you need to visit a
local computer store and buy a copy, then install it.

Who told you? Bill Gates? There is more than one application that will do
what you want. Lotus WordPro, Wordperfect and OpenOffice are just three of
them

Go to a store that sells software, purchase a copy of Microsoft
Word, return home, insert the installation CD, and follow the
on-screen prompts.
