MS Word and Outlook Icons Missing from Start Menu

I have Windows XP Home SP2 and I just loaded MS Office 2003 Pro. In the
start menu, the folder for MS Office has all the office programs except for
Word and Outlook. I found the WinfWord file on my C: drive, dragged it to
the start menu, and dropped it into the Office folder, but the icon still
won't show. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Create shortcuts for the two missing items. Then right-click start menu and
select "Open All Users". In next window, select Programs>Office. Paste the
shortcuts for Word and Outlook in the opened Office folder. They should now
appear on Start menu.
