MS outlook, outlook express and MS Exchanges Server mail problem

Normally, at home, I would have to log on to the exchenge server using IE and
then log on to a trimmed down version of Microsoft Outlook to get my mail.

So, I tried to set up an Microsoft Outlook profile at home that would import
email from work.

Now, my work emails are all removed from the work server and on my local
drive at home. This creates a problem since I cannot get mail at work
because it is constanly being rerouted to either my home computer's Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook Explorer.

Any suggestions on how to get my inbox restored at work and change the
settings so that it only sends a copy to Microsoft Outlook on my home
computer?

Sounds like you have your delivery location set to a pst-file.
Change it back to the Exchange mailbox.
Once you've done that, you can move back the items from your pst-file to the
Exchange mailbox.

That would depend on your Outlook version.
