MS Outlook- incomming e-mail attachments are blocked, how do I un.

I have actually come up with a little utility that will allow you to set
"allowed" attachments and it works with Outlook 2000/2002/2003. You can
download a copy (called OutlookExtras) at www.toddandkeelee.com/software.
