drag and drop attachments

In our previous e-mail program, users could drag and drop attachments from an
incoming e-mail to a new e-mail.

What is the simplest way to do this in Outlook 2003?

open the message with the attachment, re-size the window so it takes up half
the screen, open a new message, re-size that window so it takes up the other
half of the screen, then drag and drop from one to the other.
