ERROR COPYING EMAIL FROM OUTLOOK 2003 TO NETWORK FOLDER, LONG FILENAME OR EXTENSION

When we're trying to drag and drop or copy and paste the e-mail from outlook 2003 inbox to 1 of the drives on our server, it's giving us error about not able to copy because of lone filename or extension. the e-mail subject is long, but we're able to save before without any error message. .
