MS Outlook downloads messages from the server, when they come in they appear
to have no sender, no subject, and no message.

Why is this and what can I do to fix it?

It appears to be an imporperly formatted message on your server. Does your
server offer webmail access? If so, examine the messages prior to
downloading them to see if they appear normal in webmail.
