MS Outlook Attachments

When I try to send attachements using MS Outlook they are delayed for hours or will not send at all. I receive "Timed Out" or "Lost Connection" errors. Yet, when I try to send the same attachements using Eurdora over the same ISP they always go immediatly without errors. Emails without attachments using MS Outlook send fine. I've called my ISP for help and recieved none. Any Answers???

Is this to do with the security settings on your email?

I think if you fiddle with it, and change your limit for
that address, you might get there!
