MS Outlook and POP3 Account

I set up MS Outlook to access my web-base university email account
(using POP3). This works, however, when viewing my emails in a web-
browser my old messages are not accessible.

So now I want to remove my email account from MS Outlook but I can't
seem to do it. I click on Tool, E-mail Accounts, View or Change
Existing Accounts....but it's not displayed here.

No it won't be. It's in Tools-Email Accounts (depending on your version of
Outlook, which you failed to tell us.....)

then you didn't set up Outlook to access your email. if you had, the account
would show in that box.
